Who would have seen that coming? I'm glad someone missed you! I'm sorry to laugh at your expense, but thanks for sharing!
Btw, I know that you are now considered one impressive employee

I want them to be impressed tomorrow though.

I'm kinda nervous. I loaded all the content for the Nine West Sale on the server by myself today. My manager only showed me how to do it once.

What if they check it tomorrow and find huge errors I missed??? Today she only pointed out one, I never added one of the handbags, but it was actually her error, she named the image incorrectly

Ontop of that I helped a colleague allocate payments for the sale passed, what if I did that wrong too? I wasn't being supervised and like I said, they show me how to do things once, then they let me do one on my own, then they leave me to my own devices.

I like not being micro~managed but I just started, shouldn't one of them be worried I'm catching on shyt???? I sure am!!!!

Omgeee my stomach is starting to churn...

I agree it's good to not be micromanaged, but I also agree you should have some sort of mentor for at least a week or two. Very odd. But, you'll be ok. Just stop and ask for help if you feel lost or confused.

There is a reason why they feel they only need to tell you once, you're a smarty! I imagine that they don't expect you to be perfect, though. Ask for help if you need it.
Good luck, I know it must be getting better every day.

I do ask for help, to double check if I did something right, or when I find an anomaly they didn't explain, but apparantly I ask very little because the other boss Karl (him and El own the place) he commented about how quiet I am and dont ask alot of questions. Guess he was expecting me to be more of a nuisance in my first week I asked 4 questions in total today

There's no designated mentor because everyone is swamped, we just landed 2 huge accounts, the Polo shipment was late ( so there's fires) and they're recruiting 3 more people and busy moving offices....

That's why they needed me to start early.

I have to write a process report now. El wants it in the morning...

Lol Blue, thanks for the "smarty" comment. Lets hope I prove you right!

Oooh, I see.

Well, sis, you sound like me. I just get things quickly and then ask questions only as I discover I don't know something. Especially computer things. I'm just good with computers. (That's why, having struggles with my learning curve really bug me....)

Sounds like you started at just the right time. Best to start when they are swamped with 2 huge new accounts than when they are dead with nothing to do. That would be worrisome.
