I just put in a request to change my username to "oneday." It's to remind me that one day I'll be out of this depressive phase. Also reminds me to live one day at a time.

 Even though sadness and down days come and go and hypomania scares me. I have lived with this thing called mental illness for nearly thirty years and wish to feel happy and content in life despite it,so that's why I went with happy woman. I have a lot in life to be grateful for and feel positive about.
