Oh God please help me. I want my life back. I am so depressed today it hurts to breathe. I cant see anything clearly. Since I have fought this illness for years I know this will pass. But God please ease the pain NOW. If I could just sleep forever. I couldnt ever hurt my children that way, God just give me strength. To fight one more minute, one more hour, one more day. I have an appointment with pdoc tomorrow....doesnt help that I am terrified to go out in public, but I will go. I need to find me again, I am lost.

Sunshine

I know that feeling where it literally hurts to breathe. Sometimes you literally have to take things one minute at a time, or even one breath at a time. You know it will pass eventually, and that's a good thing. I hope it passes for you soon.

I can't dwell on the hate of the problem. And i do hate it with a passion.

The negatives will drive me nuts. Do you have a hobby? That helps me. I get lost in it

I am playing those pointless games on facebook and some music (happy stuff only) on spotify (music program) trying to see the sun from behind these clouds....starting to feel not so scared. So glad I have an appointment tomorrow.

try to find something small that you enjoy and do it for a few minutes each day. for example, i am watching one of my favorite movies. on wednesday when i felt like you did i just listened to an uplifting song. just one because that's all i could manage, but it made me feel better for the three minutes. sometimes it's enough to give you hope.

went to pdoc today, lots of med changes. starting to see the light again. i am a rapid (freaking whirlwind) cycler so I can go to dancing on the moon to the depths of dispare in just a matter of hours. so I hope the med changes at least slow it down some and level me out, i am exhausted.
Thanks for this!
