yesterday i was all down and today im still kinda not chipper but i have so many ideas for stuff to do and it seems like i just dont have enough time to get it done. like i wanna keep typing and i wanna do hmwk and make a shirt and decorate my walls and go to walmart and....gosh./ see what i mean? can anyone make some sense of whats goin one with me?!?
how i felt earlier today in a post in a seperate room^ Someone thought it sounded hypomania, what do you guys think? I know I managed to annoy my friends e.i. talking 24/7 really fast and loud and etc etc

i have been in therapy for like 2 yrs now and its come up, but i havent ever been like tested or w/e for it. but i havent got to go to the new counseling place yet. i am away at school and my appointment isnt until oct 13-and im new there so i dont really know how to go about explaining everything, etc.

I know it's a scary thing to go do something like this for the first time, but it needn't be scary. The doctor or therapist should lead you along.
I would have down your symptoms, complaints, whatever you call them...it's very easy to forget something important in the course of the conversation. Don't get too worried...they aren't there to judge you, but rather to help you feel better. Good luck-- DJ

It's been bad---they even postponed the football game for an hour, and it was the first time since 1964 that Tennessee didn't run through the big "T" the band makes on the field...bad juju!!!
It's better right now (6:00pm), but it's supposed to get worse again in a while. Stay dry! DJ
