Great job! I always like to hear the "back story." I worry more than anything how my erratic moods will effect my kids long term. Nice to connect with another mom.

I read it and admire your courage to share your bi-polar with everyone. I can't write for an audience, so I keep my musings to a diary.

I know my blog has been extremely therapeutic for me. Writing ANYTHING has always been a great stress-reliever.....I kept a journal for 30 years, but only in the past few years have I 'gone public' with it. I started this blog on a dare from a friend who was entering a blogathon---30 posts in 30 days---and I got in about ten minutes before the deadline.

Sure enough, my friend dropped out after a couple of posts, but within a few days I was totally hooked. I didn't win any prizes, but I did finish the contest, and by that time I was in the habit of writing every day so I've just continued it, with only the occasional day off. Sometimes I re-use my blog posts to make a few bucks elsewhere, but mostly it's just a labor of love.

I do actually. I have one client with autism, but he's super high functioning.
