I'm kinda angry right now. Over the past couple of days I've been having body tremors and now today my face is all twitchy. I called my pdoc and he said I have to come off one of my APs. I picked latuda. Which really sucks, b/c it's been helping me with my emotional outbursts and has really calmed me down. I didn't pick the geodon, b/c I know it keeps me from seeing things, and I don't want to start seeing things again, or go psychotic. Not sure if the latuda would do all that. I've been on the geodon for 3 years, and it's worked pretty well. I'm just not sure I made the right choice though, cause my emotional outbursts get kinda bad. Maybe I should just see my t more for a while. I really don't know.

I'm so sorry about the tremors and having to come off one of your meds, I think it's something a lot of us fear.
I think if your 'outbursts' are occurring outside of episodes (or even if they are) therapy might end up being your best bet on controlling them. Knowing your triggers can help so much. I've never done mindfulness, but it seems to help a lot of people. I hope tapering off the med goes as gently as possible. |

I've thought about it some more, and I'm going to come off the Geodon instead. I like the calm feeling the Latuda gives me. Hopefully it will help with the hallucinations and psychosis. We shall see.
