One mixed state later and I feel like I am licking the bottom of the ravine. Sleep is my new best friend and savior from my foggy myself. A mood log that looked so promising and flat-line now has peaks and valleys on it that I don't want to show my doctor. This can't cry kind of badness, so sad I can't move.

"One step at a time. Just one step."

What do you tell yourself to help get yourself through the blackest points of your depression?

Put one foot in front of the other. I keep saying just one more day.
Not much help, huh.

That I'm not alone. That there's always someone there for me (usually my mom) and she's the one that understands me, and I her.

I really, really, force myself to think about the good in my life.
