Im out to lunch with friends. Brain feels weird. Like im on something. No excessive caffiene. No alcohol. Brain disjointed. Feel detatched. Wondering if i can drive home. Dont feel myself. Shakey a bit. I ate. Im looking at the world weirdly. I dont recognize this feeling at all. What is happening? I want to melt into the walls. Help. Help. Help. Help me.

I agree with Jcon. Hope you were able to find a ride home. Doesn't sound like a good place to be and driving.
If it doesn't get better soon call your doctor.

Can you do some grounding stuff like really feeling your body sitting or standing against something can you try and centre yourself by crunching on an icecube or drink some thing really hot and focus on these sensations rather than the unpleasant feelings then distract your thoughts by watching something funny or music. I hope you feel better soon i hate not feeling right . B

I feel this a lot as well and I haven't ever figured out what it is, so thank you for posting this. I wish I had better advice but I'm sending a hug your way and hope you feel better. For me it can last an hour to a whole day. I feel as if I've taken a drug I knew I hadn't.

Are you feeling better? I hope you are feeling better. I put music on and really focus on the sound when things are off kilter. The same song over and over.

Pdoc called. Said its not a med reaction. Not getting messages from the sun. So its uncomfortable but ok.

I'm home now. I feel ok. My daughter has the radio on which is mildly annoying. Her friend is over. Friday night! At least i don't have to take my eldest to his friend's house tonight!Yay!

I feel tired. I wonder if being out earlier was too much for me? I have no idea. My pdoc had no idea either. :-/

I have to babysit this puppy. She is into everything. She's been out and been fed. I hope someone gets home. I already had to take some metal and plastic out of her mouth and she growled at me and all those tiny sharp little teeth!

I'm on edge. I took a shower last night. Should I take another one? Its like there's too much time and it won't go away. I want to be soothed but that won't happen. Maybe I can watch tv with my youngest.

You should take a relaxing bath. You can even add bath salts which are pretty cheap and you can get them in all sorts of fragrances.
If you don't feel like taking a bath maybe get into a new season of a show you've always wanted to see. I do that when I feel like I have too much time on my hands.
