Who is telling you this? Maybe they dont think he's been treating you as well as you need? I know people who have spent more than 4 times in crisis stabilization (what its called here) but its not real common.

Have they said anything about you staying in bed? I think my first day in the hospital I tried but they kept getting me up for groups and stuff. Have they done any kind of group? Maybe you can ask for a toothbrush. Not sure whats supposed to happen at this house besides keeping you safe. Which is important! I think take advantage of the break and catch your breath.

Yeah i dunno either but theyve told me i can go back to sleep soo... Just got a shower.. Feel refreshed. My mom stopped by for a visit.

I just looked up alternatives to psych hospitalization in MI, there was an article describing staying in a place like you are in as a drug free alternative that is supposed to work as well as APs in hospital. It sounded good, it was called Soteria. Give it a chance to see how it works out.

Hmm. Did they say why not? Is it prescribed? If its otc that may be why. Only prescribed meds.
