I talked with pdoc this morning. She wantss to see me again before the end of the year. It will cost 300. So im nit going. Out of picket

I think insurance putting caps on mental health is idiotic. That's like saying oh you broke your arm? Better not break your leg too cause we won't cover it.

Its not your fault, try not to feel bad. My best friend from my support group has schizoaffective disorder and with correct meds, careful care of health, diet and sleep, is successful working for the VA with their veterans support groups. Back in the 90s he didnt do so well because meds hadnt evolved. He was tranquilised to the gills through that time. You have every reason to believe you will be ok.

I hope so. Even through going against my pdoc's wishes and skipping a december appointment. I am not one to go against orders usually but that's a lot of money right before christmas.
