do you still get mood swings etc? Is it just increased psychosis that makes the difference?

The only difference is getting psychosis when not during an episode but I still definitely have mood swings.

See you're not alone. I feel weird on this forum sometimes just because I am not traditionally bipolar but maybe that's just me being paranoid

I think a lot of us are on the gray area between Schizoaffective and bipolar 1 w. psychosis.
