Maybe you could just take 2 benadryl by themselves? I really dont want you to mix your drowsy making meds. And no alcohol with the meds.

I have another friend who could meet me. Hes a good friend. I just took my nighttine meds plus benedryl.

Moose .. get up and walk around the house. I'm in your situation right now and just moving seems to ease me .. seems the only thing I do look forward to is taking my nite time meds just to sleep. Its the only peace I get. I feel for you and get it. Hang in there.

My T had me pour all my vodka down the drain. I did it in August and haven't bought any more since. Pills and alcohol do not mix. Get rid of your whiskey and then it won't be a temptation to you. Just don't dtink any.
