I used to love that show! My youngest son is a paramedic/firefighter...funny I always thought he'd be a soldier, he wore camo for years
 My oldest is a soldier, I always thought he'd be a construction worker. Go figure

You don't suck because you need to take care of yourself. Heating pads are good for muscle aches. Rest quit beating yourself up about it.

I just see sleeping during the day as a waste even though it feels good. Now im waiting for my aunt to show up to get my moms dog. Thank goodness. I dont want to deal with her.

Clean is good and youre doing laundry so thats being busy! I just read the most recent psych central newsletter and there was an article about bouncing back, being resilient, maybe pop over and take a look and see if it resonates? If I remember correctly you do have some stressors lately that have bit you in the bum a bit.
Besides I should talk, I've taken 2 naps since 2pm today, just woke up a short while ago.
