I cannot hide I run for my life....

I so want comfort but it died before I arrived...

can I contain myself and just watch everyone else get a grip!

....it's not fair!....I have to shut down....

and watch all the tenderness evaporate....

all the loving ...

all the intimacy is enjoyed by others....

I am mentally ill....

I work it out my way

It is hard to sit back and watch what looks like the perfect life lived by others and yet not be able to get there ourselves.

Hey dubblemonkey-sorry to hear! For your depression if you can't find relief with an AD, I find distraction the key. Somehow get your mind off your mind! Sometimes serving others helps me forget about all my problems, especially ones that suffer from mental illness like I do. Best of luck!!
