I cannot hide I run for my life....
I so want comfort but it died before I arrived... can I contain myself and just watch everyone else get a grip! ....it's not fair!....I have to shut down.... and watch all the tenderness evaporate.... all the loving ... all the intimacy is enjoyed by others.... I am mentally ill.... I work it out my way |

It is hard to sit back and watch what looks like the perfect life lived by others and yet not be able to get there ourselves.

Hey dubblemonkey-sorry to hear! For your depression if you can't find relief with an AD, I find distraction the key. Somehow get your mind off your mind! Sometimes serving others helps me forget about all my problems, especially ones that suffer from mental illness like I do. Best of luck!!
