Anyone else taking latuda, did you have problems with vomiting soon after you take and did it last? It really has worked to get me out of the depression but I have to take it with dinner and frequently I lose my dinner so I dont know if I can keep taking it. I dont know how much is staying in my body if I lose it soon after taking it?
Its possible I guess that it has to do with being on antibiotics too, dont know.

I've been taking Latuda for a month or so and haven't had any problems with stomach upset.

Well, come to realize I'm taking 3 meds that cause GI problems, depakote, latuda and cipro. Maybe it will be easier to figure out once I'm off cipro, got 6 days, grr.

I had nausea (that led to vomiting multiple times a week) on Latuda, Abilify, and Geodon. It is a common but relatively rare side effect of most antipsychotics. I found that getting enough sleep helped me, because sleep deprivation exacerbated the nausea. I've heard that ginger is good for the stomach too; maybe you should try some of that.

For absorption of Latuda as I'm sure you're aware, that you have to take it with at least 350 calories. That also, helps prevent nausea! Best of luck!!

YES. It took a couple weeks for it to affect me, but it did every time i took it I would have to hold down my vomit by laying down and breathing. I actually had to stop taking it bkuz it caused severe irritability and rage I think it exasperated my BPD...
