I know no one here can officially diagnose me. Im just asking to see if some of you think I might have it. Here is the story.
So a while back(probably about 3 years ago) I was told that I might have bi polar disorder by my docter. I never ended up getting officially diagnosed though. Now about 2 years ago I was depressed alot. Then later in that year, I noticed that sometimes I would get active for no reason. Last year, I noticed it even more. I got active up to the point where I could talk to strangers no problem and do random dances and movements and burst outs. I still do it to this day. About a month ago I found out about hypomania and did research on it. I started to believe I had it. When I feel active like that(Hypomaniac episode) I do stuff without thinking and quickly change topics. I also talk really fast. When im not like this, im usually depressed. But the thing is that in order to be diagnosed, one of my "episodes" must last at least 4 days. Mine only last about an hour, and I only get them about 2 to 4 times in a month. Do you think I could have it?

You should talk to a doctor if you are curious about this.

It does sound like hypomania to me. Isn't it a wonderful feeling? However you should go get it checked out. It could swing into full mania or you could get pulled in depression again. I was addicted to my hypomanic moods, refused to take meds, and escalated to full mania in October which caused me to do many stupid things. I'm still trying to put my life together after the damn mania.

Could be food related, happening so fast, caffeine sugar etc.
Or thyroid, or vitamin D or other deficiency.
Pls check out all possibilities before going on psych meds.
My 2 cents, good luck take care.
