Over the last couple of days my delightful mood has dissipated. I feel the only real friend I have in the world is my husband. He works nights and I days so we only see each other a couple of hours a day when he is getting ready for work. Right now I need someone to interact with. I feel my world plummeting right now and I am so alone.

Sorry you are feeling bad. Sending you some hugs. Don't believe what the depression tells you. You are not alone, you have us! I know that feeling of loneliness. I'm here if you want to chat. Well until my baby wakes up!!!

thanks blackpup, good to "see" you
I know I am not truly alone, but at this moment, I only have myself. Honestly, I haven't felt this out of control in a very long time. I'm scared I can't make it by myself. I have been closing out the world for some time now. I have become a skeptic when it comes to believing in ppl. Right now I feel like the dirty little secret. I can't go down this road, I can't have it wreck what I have fought so hard to achieve.

Whenever I start going down I panic that it will get to be as bad as it was before. But it's better if I relax a bit and realise that it could get better too.
Are there things you could do to distract yourself from feeling like this.
What are you feeling out of control about?
You can do this you have done it before. You are a survivor. You are strong.

vj. I can relate to this so very much right now. (Don't want to blah blah blah about my own stuff, so I'll try to put it in how are you feeling.) Like BlackPup, I'm curious what you are feeling out of control about. Is it the way your mind is thinking?
