Been reading over the book recommendations from the top and was wondering. Which book did you feel was helpful in identifying symptoms and behaviors that you felt described you....I mean outside the DSM qualifications for biplar. Instances where you could say "Hey, that's me." Any suggestions?

Jon, for me I don't know why I have all the symptoms, I don't know if that is good or bad.
But I can tell you for sure that my behavior is really risky at time, and when I heard about it, I said to my T, well driving fast and changing lanes like crazy for no reason in a pick hour applies?
Thats me Jon, I do that, and I don't fight with other ppl but I can tell you I'm asking for it most of the time when I'm in a mixed episode.
