I hate that feeling of someone walking up behind you but you turn around and no one is there. Does anyone else ever feel that or am I just alone here? Is it linked to psychosis or just anxiety? I can't relax and I'm becoming so paranoid.

(Don't really want to call my psych in fear of her wanting me to come in)

No, you are not alone. When I was not on Abilify I was very paranoid. I don't know if is related to anxiety or psychosis, that is a good question but I do know that antipsychotics help immensely. Take care.

Thank you for replying! The only thing that I'm on atm is latuda and klonopins. Neither seem to be helping my case right now. Also I think I'm in a hypomanic/manic (I have no idea which to be honest) state which is why I was wondering if it was tied to psychosis.

I have this all the time, I see shadows out of the corner of my eyes all the time. I always do "reality checks" when I have someone around. It is good for seeing and hearing things that may not be there, and then I know what to tell my doctor. Like, if I hear something, I will ask my husband "did you hear that"? It helps me figure out whether I am in or out of reality. I am sorry you are dealing with this, you are not alone *hugs*

I see shadows in the corner of my eye as well. Which is usually around the same time I feel something walking up behind me. It's freaky.
And thank you!

I have been seeing things out of the corner of my eyes lately, but usually my hallucinations are usually music or voices.
