I feel like I am starting to lose my grip on things. I called into work twice last week, partly because I was so worried about the roads being bad because of the weather, and partly because I just didn't want to do it. It was snowing when I drove to my T appointment today and I just couldn't focus, and was disoriented and it scared me almost more than the roads did. I keep having thoughts of sui and SI. I want to just lay down and cry, but I'm not sure I could sit still that long. I'm at the end of my rope.

did you talk to your t about how you were feeling? it definitely sounds like you are going through something right now. maybe your meds are off. can you take more time off work to get yourself together? make another appointment with t to go over how you are feeling and ask for some input. I hope things get better.

How long on Abilify? That's sort of how that med made me feel.
I'm sorry

I've been on Abilify for roughly a year. Geodon is my newest script. And mood wise, it's been great. That's part of what I don't get, I'm not depressed, and I'm not manic. I'm as close to stable as I've ever been, except for the anxiety and thoughts of sui and SI.

Perhaps you are heading towards a mixed episode? Call your pdoc … perhaps get in for an early appointment to head this off?

I hope you are feeling better very soon. Try and tell yourself that this will pass …

I tried moving my appointment, but she has nothing available next week, so I guess I'm keeping the appointment I have for the week after. I'm actually feeling pretty good today, the anxiety seems to be down today.
