I know I'm tired all the time and live off of Diet Coke because the Haldol just makes me tired always. I try to go for walks to wake up, walks with my dog, but then i end up crawling into bed. I'm sorry you're so tired and disoriented.

I might have sleep apnea! Probably this is one of the major causes.

I recommend FitBit. I have not yet figured out myself how it tracks sleep, so for me it is just a pedometer on steroids for now, but it is supposed to track sleep, and analyzing the record can probably pinpoint issues, including sleep apnea, without a major expenditure on sleep clinics. FitBit retails for around 100 dollars (online or at REI locations). It would be worthwhile to have several months worth of records when you go see a neurologist anyway (if you end up doing that).
Thanks for this!

I'll keep that in mind! 100$ is not quite cheap in my country's money. Thanks, it's good to know there are such devices!
