I just came back from a 3 week stay in the sunshine state. I've been applying to jobs and have had some interviews. Yesterday was gloomy and it snowed but I was fine, today it's sunny and I've been crying for almost an hour. I'm on short term disability till next month, I wasn't going to reapply but now I'm thinking I may have to. I don't have a job lined up, need some kind of income, and days like today set me back. I'm going to try to get out of the house, maybe a movie to distract me. I stopped taking my antidepressant because I thought I was better, I took it again this morning. Setbacks like this bite.

1) do not cold turkey meds. It will mess you up. Do not stop start. It's bad.
2) As for jobs? How big is the unemployment in your area? Here in Europe it's kinda normal not to have any job, so don't expect to find job in a month. It's not you, it's the world economy. 3) Cry it you need to. Crying is much better then holding it in. One bad day is not end of the world.

I'm sorry you feel so bad, but I agree with Venus - one bad day doesn't mean you haven't made any progress.
Weather sometimes affects me too. I was miserable for most of the winter. I couldn't imagine being wherever you are - snow in April!! How terrible. Though we might get an inch either tonight or tomorrow. However it's virtually unheard of for NJ. Just been a weird harsh winter.
