I meant to say to skip empty pills and only take hormone pills, to prevent menstruation.

Thanks for the suggestion, wish I could, but I cant take any estrogen because of previous blood clots. Otherwise I'd be on the pill in a flash! No doctor will prescribe it for me because of the factor V thing. I'd never had got the mirena if other birthcontrol/hormonal regulation was an option.

I've not felt too bad today. Been busy with volunteer work most of the day so far. Tired and feel like a nap but I know more sleep will bring my mood down. I think the lack of food is having an effect on my energy too. Im eating, but on rations.

Its annoying being online at home. My internet barely works here. Im forced to find other distractions. Its a good thing I like craft and have plenty of resources.

I'm glad you're home and safe and doing what you can for yourself. I miss having a horse so much - my old mare was like your's - major attitude for weeks if I wasn't around but when she came around and wrapped that neck around me - heaven. Go see your girl even if you only groom her.
