Positive things I’ve done today

finally managed to fix my sky box. (well, i say fix the sky box, ) more like fix the remote

for some reason it had become unlinked to my box.

oh it feels good to have all my channels back!

that's all so far though. only half 10 in the morning so not really had time to do much

Cleaned the refrigerator-it had been a while

Today i organized some donations for Diabetes. I decided to part with a fancy yellow bedroom set [comforter, sham, neck roll, bed skirt and window tapers] that i haven't used in years. I hope someone will be very happy with it. I also sorted out a bag of clothes that i don't wear. It was nice to declutter and organize and free my sliding closet doors that had been blocked because the closet was stuffed. I really enjoyed myself!

It's tribal family. I stay away from parties. This was on a sacred site.

Got of of bed. Put make-up on. Got dressed to go to the grocery store. Big deal...

I got out of bed. (And now I'm just sitting on it, wishing it were warmer in here.)

removed some annoying stuff from my computer

watched a christmas commedy programme (and actually watched it), not have voices or thoughts take over

emailed my friend jonathan to ask him how he's doing

Fed my indoor and outside cats. 6 altogether

Went to work and kept it together

1. Went to work and put in a good day.
2. Helped someone at work.
3. Came home and cooked dinner.
4. Baked Christmas cookies with the kids.

Took my dog on a two hour walk along the lake

Went to my pdoc appointment & actually got her to hear what I was saying (she types while I talk to her & I always wonder if she's charting on the patient that came before me) increased my Prozac & Depakote-made yummy food with my daughter.

got 5 out of 10 in my daily trivia (actually played it after what seems like ages), never in the mood.

I baked a cake and wrapped the rest of the presents.

Made homemade cheeseburgers for lunch

looked through the tv magazeen and sorted out a skedule of christmas viewing. (though a lot of it is repeats. lol)

eaten breakfast

emailed a few good friends

Took my meds, fed the cat & cleaned the litter box.

Got groceries on the 24th of December, can you imagine??
I did not lose my cool..but being in the express lane helped

sent out emails to all the people in my addressbook wishing them a merry christmas.

ate breakfast

I made three cell phone pouches for my daughter and stepdaughters. A little late for Christmas but a nice New Year surprise.

acted cheerful for Christmas Day even though I did not feel it.

Slipped cards under the mats to my neighbors
