Positive things I’ve done today

I made a list of 100 reasons to live. It took a long time and some of my reasons are lame like chocolate and coffee, but I did it.

Took a shower, made coffee, making pasta & breadsticks for supper.

I am so going to do this tomorrow & I don't think chocolate is lame.

wanna see it! It must be a really good list. 100 reasons is a lot. When I was suicidal, I could not come up with even a few. Now it is probably different but I have not tried. If you do not mind sharing, of course... I highly doubt that any of your reasons are lame, and yes, chocolate and coffee are my best friends, too.

I had a good professional interview but was sooo tired afterwards. My friend who is not mentally ill tells me that she would get tired after a long interview, too, so the reaction appears normal.

I started the day with a good morning routine: Synthroid, brush teeth, rinse with fluoride rinse and set a timer for 30 mins; during that time, deal with cat litter, recycling, and remaining bit of laundry. I liked it a lot because when I just sit there and wait for 30 mins to pass (I cannot eat for 30 mins min after taking Synthroid), 30 mins last forever, but today I barely noticed how the time passed. I will try to make this a routine for every morning.

Donated beans, pasta and herbs/spices to the food bank. Washed my hair this morn. Came to work. Now for some lipstick....

Identified my symptoms, and written out ideas to get through the day with little or no extremes.

It's a lot to post, but I could. I will make it a thread maybe.

walked my dog

Taught 2 -1 hour classes in my Tribes ' culture to 3 graders. It's tiring, but rewarding. They have great questions.

I made it through the workday

Cleaned the bathroom & made up the bed-let my cat lay on me for a long time while I watched some classic Dr. Who episodes.

I took a shower AND fixed my hair.

did the dishes. Need to take a shower.

Vacuumed. Still, no shower...

Walked my daughter and Ruby to School

Took that shower! Been a while...

Made the bed, washed & dried a load of clothes, mindfulness meditation & typed up some more of my Great Aunt's poetry-have not made it to the shower...yet.

Did my workout today.

A delivery man woke me up this morning. I was nice to him.

Thank you everyone for the daily dose of positivity. I try to take 'em every day.

Did not walk out on my job

Did not lip off to my boss...even though I was very tempted

Made coffee & breakfast, made the bed, washed dishes, talked to my Mom & daughter.

Um...threw away my McDonald's bag and separated stocking stuffers. Other than that, I've done nothing useful. :-)
