I watered the outdoor potted veggie plants and flowers.
I got a bath and did some laundry. I watched The Weather Channel for the first time in a few years. I remained fairly calm despite my heart beating fast and hard for a while. |

Had some quality time with my husband this morning, took the dogs for a walk with him and did a load of laundry. Again, I guess those all beat hiding under the covers with this depressive phase - -- which is what I feel like doing much of the time.

newgal2, I also did a load of laundry!
Than I did two great things today...I also posted a new entry in my blog. I started my blog a week ago and it feels like it's going to be a great motivator for me.

Finished up finals for this semester this morning. I also got back my results on my big presentation I did on "Stress: Living and Coping" for my Human Development Psychology class, I got a 200/200 on it.

I started to pay my daughter an allowance for helping me with my mother. I took my medication and gave my mother's to her. I ended up with a whole 8 hours of sleep, again!

Went to my appointment with the Pdoc! Now I'm going to go get the registration on my car so I can drive it again, no more being stuck without transportation. Then drop off scripts and pick up some red-box movies. Frozen sounds fun.

I went to group and spoke frankly about family concerns and the effects my diagnosis has had on it. I didn't shoot down helpful remarks and really tried to listen

Just got off the phone with the school, chances are very likely that I will get accepted in to Medication Technician school this summer. Something I really needed to hear right now!

I went to a place that's supposed to be for MI, but it was all DD so I left. But the point was I did go, got out of the house for a while and just drove around.

I got a promotion last week and got moved into my own private office today! The other microbiologist and I are the only ones besides the lab manager that has a door on their office ( everyone else has a cubicle) it should be a huge help in having a place to go and take a minute to calm down
