I went to bed early and slept a whole seven hours. I took my mother out to eat this morning. She wanted to visit my father in the hospital. My father has been dead for about 15 years. But this diversion has worked.

Had a great night cuddling and morning as well. Saw my favorite person who is in town. Picked up my son from his bus stop so he wouldnt have to walk in the rain, and now I'm going to get my friend's sons for a little while till I take them to her parents. She is in a bind.

I took my mother to Denny's and brought her music with us. I dropped my daughter off at her friends for a few hours.

I [mostly] cleaned my living room/sleeping area today! Still lots of stuff, and plenty to be put into other places, but it's the cleanest it's been in over a month, so I'm happy!!
Thanks for this!

I am surviving the day...so far. I went to grocery store. These negative thoughts are difficult to manage.

Three Stars for me for today.
Eskie and I spent most of the day keeping warm under covers with Audrey Hepburn movies.
I ate yoghurt-granola for breakfast, a light leftovers lunch! green tea, fruit juice.
Vacuumed the house!! . Done with that sucker for a week.

Tackled the "files" aka Paper Pile aka Mount Chaos. Finally. Oh! And in the process, solved the Mystery of the Missing Mood Chart.

Kale salad for lunch; Green Clean juice; cleaned up kitchen
Had a nice long hot soaking bath with lavender.
Sat with the homeowner briefly this evening.
Talk with a lifelong long distance friend later on the phone.
