Went to work, took my kids out for pizza for supper with a relaxed attitude and chilled out online afterward.

Walked 5 mi up about 4 hills, worked core and abs in pilates, repetition with 3 lb arm weights and a little cleaning.

I finally got my excuse giving bum to do cardio!!! YAY!! Things aren't so bad today. I hope they stay this way.

I went to group today. Saw a friend for coffee for an hour then went with my son while he drove to pick up a friend.

Wrote an entry on my blog, contacts several friends to get something on the calendar, stayed up last night till 2:30 with husband just gabbing and laughing. Negative on that was that I slept till noon.

Got up and took a shower. Packed as I am going on a small weekend trip with husband, husband's best friend, and my two sons. Made menu for the week we get home. Also the grocery list, Penciled in three exercise classes at the gym.
I am so lazy will probably not go, but I tried to at least get them on my calendar.

I am feeling much better today after lots of sleep. Cancelled nighttime plans with my sister so I can get proper sleep so I can be stable. Went to work today. That's good.
