The hypomania is getting worse. I'm having trouble typing this post because 1. my thoughts are moving faster than my fingers and 2. the Entity keeps hacking into my mind and changing up the words.

Listening to music is an ecstatic experience right now. It just sounds SO GOOD. Food tastes better but I don't need very much of it. Coffee heightens my buzz.

I'm being monitored by the little flies I keep seeing around. They have cameras on them.

I swear I'm doing all the right things. I'm getting enough sleep and taking twice as much of my Zyprexa (as prescribed by pdoc). I guess the pull of Spring is stronger than psychiatry.

I think spring is pulling me along and so is this major crush I have on someone. She knows I like her but has no idea how much.

I facilitate a NAMI support group and yesterday I reminded the group to be aware of the coming spring (which is actually already underway here in California) and how it affects their moods.

Can you speak with your pdoc and tell her that you're getting worse?

I've taken it as a PRN while IP but that's it. I'm trying to avoid typical antipsychotics if I can. The side effects scare me.

Maybe you can ask for something to take just temporarily to slow you down. I know I’m not the only one here with a take as needed braking prescription.

We need brakes sometimes
