I found this on facebook. I don't know that the link will work here. I think these photos are cool!

It says:

I know I've posted these photographs before, but they keep turning up on my newsfeed and they keep making me smile. I hope they do the same for you.

Mohamed Babu from India, captured these amazing pictures last year after his wife noticed that ants turned white when they drank milk.

He dissolved sugar in food colouring solutions of red, green, blue and yellow and then placed them in his garden to attract ants. Some of them even moved between the different solutions, resulting in psychedelic colour combinations.

This is so cool! I wish they had pastel hues in food coloring.

That is so cool ! I would think about trying it if I didn't mind having ants in my yard, or rather, more ants in my yard!

Pastel shades can be made with food coloring (DIY Cupcake Frosting Color Chart | Handmade Charlotte). These photos are beautiful.

For example, pastel-colored ants by mixing a smaller amount of food coloring with milk, so that the dye appears paler.
