Today I am grateful for the new friends I have made here at PC, having a caring husband, having loving children, having a fantastic therapist and a really great psychiatrist.

For an overall pretty positive day, the depression that I have been dealing with was mostly light today. I went to church this evening, I guess I didn't do as well presenting myself today as I had thought I felt though because a friend came over and checked on me. It was nice to have someone check in on me. I am also grateful for my mum and cat today, I actually have the house to myself for the next few days my mum is out of town visiting with friends.

The sunshine, the sound of the birds in the trees - especially the weird ones! Friends and family, Kitty man, this forum, xanax lol, the grass under my feet, the warmth of my sheets, the written word, cheese... Etc :-)
