I don't feel stable. I can't even explain it. My moods are fine and my hallucinations are at a minimum but I feel like I'm teetering on the edge of the next big fall. Why can't I just enjoy actually being stable?

Usually you should trust yourself when you feel this way to catch it ( usually down for me) early. Look at your daily life and see if something's out of wack there first.

Yesterday, I realized about 1 in the afternoon that I hadn't taken my Abilify yet, but when I went to take it, I accidentally took my Geodon (my nighttime med) instead. I took the Abilify too after I realized what I did, but do you think that simply throwing off my dosing schedule by a few hours could be making me feel off?

I really wish I could at least just take one pill at night and call it good. I'm not going to be as optimistic as to say I wish I could take nothing, although it would be nice. Sometimes it seems the cure is just as bad as the disease.

Why don't you take them both at night? The half time is long enough that you can do that. Half life for abilify is 75 he's.

I guess I never really thought about it. That would save me a lot of hassle. Especially since I forget to take the Abilify half the time. I never forget my Geodon so if I take them together, I shouldn't forget either one. I think you just may be a life saver. Thank you so much.
