Hello everyone,
I haven't been here in a long time til now.
What made me come on here...
Well I had major episode since a long time which probably around 2012 or before.
I was multi tasking as usual but I was struggling with my phone which wouldn't function properly and I got mad and threw the phone but it hit my open drink.
It only fell and spilled on the table but it freaked me out or something then I started throwing things from the table.
I even hit the drink which splattered and spilled onto the floor, wall and couch which made the mess worse.
The drink was glass so it broke as well
I was like oh nooo! I was so ashamed and frantically tried to clean up with my hands shaky...
I have been diagnosed with bipolar since early teens

Sounds like you're agitated to me. Is this happening more often? I would monitor it and maybe speak to your doc if you find it's becoming a problem. It could be a symptom of mania/depression

Welcome to PC, DEAFBLUIEBIPOLARGAL! Are you seeing a therapist? A therapist would have the resources and tools to help you with the feelings that you are having.

Yes I am working on it.
I will be seeing one this month.
What do you mean by resources/tools other than medications?

seems like the situation found a purpose. You need to vent, and to make use of a support system outside of your daily life. Or just to reach out for a minute. You noticed. Cool!

Therapists are trained professionally on how to teach to deal with our emotions, as well as provide support; there also different kinds of therapies like CBT and DBT which help with the way we think and process stuff. They way I look at our lives is that we have a toolbox; within that we have different tools (medication, CBT, DBT, support groups, etc.) with knowledge of how to use these tools we can maintain a balance in our lives.

Does this make sense??

Absolutely yes!
I hate the way some doctors think that the medications are the only answer

Maybe, it probably was repressed and I didn't have a healthy outlet?
