Worry about making it through the next ten minutes. It really helps if you don't think too far ahead. Survive in manageable increments.
Thanks for this!

Not much help I know but hang in one hour at a time and distract yourself like crazy. Watch funny clips on youtube. Listen to music go outside. Play with a pet, eat something, keep posting. Its hard . I'm sorry you are feeling so stressed. I hope it will pass. It is hard, it is possible.
take care Bumble

I'm trying. It's my environment. It has to be. Living in the morgue is not helping, but I have no choice.

I got a bill in and it set me off, because I can't replace it right now, and my swinging ain't helping for me to go try
to find another job.

I miss my mother now more than I did when she passed 6 years ago, because she could be so positive and inspirational.

A lot of you here are to, so I truly do appreciate it and hope I can repay you some day.

You will. One day things will turn around for you and then it'll be your turn to help someone else. But that day has not yet arrived, so please keep allowing us to support you while you're struggling so much. Remember that in bipolar, nothing ever stays the same, so this too shall pass. Just stay with us and take things one day, one hour, one white-knuckle minute at a time if necessary.

one white-knuckle minute at a time

This is a good description of how it can feel!
