I would say that at least three nights a week (sometimes more) I have a headache. It squeezes my eyes and is in my fore head. I have tension in the back of my neck and the back of my head. Tylenol is not helping to well. I even took some last night in hopes to catch it before it got real bad. Didn't work.

I talked to my therapist yesterday about anxiety. I dont feel like I have anxiety at night... I feel happy and great, but I do have some. I wonder if I take one of my anxiety pills when I feel it come on that will help?

I did relaxing yoga on my bed last night while waiting for hubby to get out of the bathroom. Not sure if it helped. I had no problem falling asleep.

Whatcha guys think?

I have a constant headache when I'm depressed.

Might need to see a neurologist?

I dont think so. I might go see my doctor (MD). I bought some Bayer aspirin today. Motrin and Tylenol was not doing the trick. Im not going to give up!

I am guessing perhaps tension headaches, although it could be any variation of headaches, really. I hope the dr can tell you more! See the link below re: tension headaches (especially the info. for symptoms and treatments):

Tension headache Definition - Diseases and Conditions - Mayo Clinic

I have had headaches since I was 7...well that was when I started getting migraines and I think I started getting tension headaches when I was a teenager. I take Topamax to prevent them and it does a great job for me.

I also use ice on my forehead (carefully, eek! 20 minutes on and off) if I feel "headachey" and a moist heating pad on my neck and upper back (I have very tight muscles)...both have helped so much!

I get headaches early in the morning, some of them are pretty bad, but I think in my case it's dehydration.

I would assume there is something routine that is happening for the headaches to only be happening at night time. Is there something that you do, eat, drink etc that is routine enough and matches the pattern of headaches? What about stresses the evening brings, having to cook, clean, answer the phone? Might be worth taking mental note of what is happening on the nights you are having the headaches to see if there is a pattern......

just my two panadols worth....lol
