Ok I normally eat once a day.. dinner.. then have a snack before bed... I know I need to change this habit. Lithium users... how do you eat to manage your lithium levels better? I need some help in this department. I've never ate right.. don't like vegetables. . I mean not at all.. besides potatoes. ... I salt everything (when I used to eat lunch at work people would hand me the Morton jar cause they would stare in shock when I salted my food)... so yeah I probably don't get my intakes of vitamins like I should.. and probably triple in other spots.... need serious help.. I plan on being as serious about this as I am taking my meds on time... helpppp

Thanks I figured I'd just ask here as people seem to be very well informed and the fact that some have personal experience with it.. but thanks for the kind words.

Re my past use of Lithium, I was told I needed more salt constantly. I was also told to drink one can of diet soda per day to get enough salt. If you drink too much water while taking Lithium, it will dilute the salt and wash it out of your body too much, so find out how much water you should drink and stick to it! I was also told that it must be water, not other liquids; juice and coffee and sodas do not count. It must be H20 and not too much H20! I don't know how too much salt can affect one, so find out about that from your doctor, as it could be bad.
