I'm looking for some books to read on bi-polar.
They have to have some sort of humor to them as medical/serious books just leave me confused and bored (thank you ADHD).
Right now I'm reading "Welcome To The Jungle" and it was well worth the $10 I paid for it, but I'd like some others that explain cycling and hypomania and stuff. The only thing I've noticed with my bi-polar is the horrible horrible depression. I mean the, can't even put a sock on or brush your teeth for days depression. The only time I've ever noticed a manic state involves alcohol.
So if anyone has any suggestions for some good books, I'm all ears.

In case your still reading this post I recommend Bipolar for Dummies. It's a comprehensive book, and easy to read. A little satirical and full of great information. You can get it on amazon.com or your local library. I suggest the 2nd edition.

Good Luck & Happy Reading!
Thanks for this!

I read Welcome to the Jungle and now I'm reading Less Than Crazy
Been trying to keep it light and on the funny side since I'm just rising up out of a nasty nasty depression.
