Okay so I just did one of the bipolar quizzes on here and it says I am bipolar. I will get that checked out. Just curious, cause I never get hyper, is it still possible to be bipolar? Also sometimes for no reason i feel like I'm kinda half laughing/half crying. Like if I was to let myself go I would end up laugh/crying like some sort of crazy person. Is this something that others experience?

The quizzes are really not accurate. Bipolar is a illness that has extreme mood changes ( up and down) .. If you are having more depressive issues ( crying) it may be on the depression spectrum and not a Bipolar issue .. No on here is a Doctor nor can diagnose of course .
If you feel something is wrong in your life its best to get it checked it out. Its also advisable to have a yearly physical with blood work .. Thyroid and hormone levels can mimic mental health problems. Good luck ![]()

Thanks Christina, I did notice also an article on here for things that can be misread as depression or other mental illnesses, like a lack of vitamin d etc. And I am always skeptical and criticise myself about my issues also. I really do need to get it checked out, and I procrastinate about it all the time. But sometimes I just get caught up looking after my children etc and forget to make an appointment or when I do remember, I think i dont feel too bad today so I don't bother. Its a vicious cycle.
