Rapid mood up and down. Can I just stay on one level for longer than a few minutes?

Yep same I'm in your boat. From up to down , round and round. Everyday. Then I think ok this is good steady then boom from no where up and down racey thoughts all swirling around. Cranky , emotional , happy , depressed. I totally understand how you feel.

I don't know how I feel ! It's horrible my stomach turns over my head is racing fast I can't concentrate for even 5 mins to get anything done. I know how hard it is with kids. Mine have gone to live with their dad for a few months it's so hard and the pain is like no other :-( and here I go off on a rabble! Insane?? How would u be able to tell, I thought that I was "normal" hahaha so funny Mood shifts

It would suck bad if I couldn't be around my kids all the time. I'm sorry to hear that about yours.

Thanks aprillynn197, it is hard but I know I have to do this to be able to help myself. I have them tonite and it feels amazing they performed in a concert tonite I was so proud of them. It's awful being confused I do understand how you feel. Are you on meds and seeing a Dr and T?
