Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. Decided that for now I'm not going to try and force myself to go to sleep. I'll just let it happen. Slept for 9 hours. Feeling pretty good. My band has a big show tonight and I'm actually looking forward to playing. Going to try and stay positive. 800mg of seroquel seems to have "shocked" my brain into a good place

800 of seroquel knocks me out for sure! Glad it's working for you. Did you doctor prescribe that much or are you self-doctoring? The docs around here don't usually go so high on the dosage. They tried me on Seroquel mono therapy 900 mg at night when I was first diagnosed and I was a zombie and it wasn't helping my symptoms, neither the mania, depression, or psychosis. I complained, switched doctors, and found a high dose like that is an unusual practice, because of the risks.
Sleep can make a huge difference, I agree.

Good luck with the band. I find music to be very positive.

My Dr prescribed the 800mg. It doesn't knock me out but once I'm asleep I stay asleep. That's what my Dr wanted to happen.
