I've been different ever since I was little, but I didn't get help till I was 30. I've had like 30 jobs and have never been reliable. And now my wife and I may be seperating, I have no job ,no skills and am by myself for the first time in a long time. What would your next move be? Please don't say think positive,my mind won't let me!

I don't know where you live but apply for food assistance, and medical so that no matter what you still can eat and get therapy and meds. Schedule an appointment with your dentist before you no longer have insurance. Go to all the temp employment agencies in the area. Worse case scenario you can go to labor ready for the day. See if you can find a small studio or month long hotel rates to pick yourself up. Have you thought about going to school to get skills that can help?
