I'm having a hard time today. My sister spent a good part of the last few months getting ready to open up a new preschool in my little town. It was very much needed. She took out a $15,000 loan and my parents chipped in some $$$$ to help out and there was a lot of work put into it. My other sister and niece were going to work there--which would have been great for them because they don't drive and they live right down the street from it. Well, this morning, the preschool caught on fire and burned down. It had just been inspected and approved, too.

I think so, but not 100% sure.

How devastating! That must be so tough for everyone involved. I hope the insurance covers everything.

What caused it, if they know yet? Surely there will be an investigation. I'm not sure how well insurance companies (Maybe depends on company name) settle up or how soon. At home I have heard it may be best to take pictures, and file them in a bank lock box as proof. The recent inspection has to help I think. It takes a very smart (not me) person to understand any policy. Hope attorneys don't step in.
