I made a monumental decision to quit my volunteer position to take more care of myself. I also decided to reduce the children's activities after the summer to save money, time, energy and sanity. This is BIG.

Having pleasant conversations with people in my grad school and realizing that I haven't ruined my reputation here with any of my normal mistakes (yet...haha).

Watching this video on Facebook...this guy is filming his kitchen, there's trash all over the floor and the garbage can is knocked over. He's got three dogs...two greet him as he walks into the living room...he's asking them which one got into the trash...then he points the camera to the corner and there is dog number three with the trash can lid stuck around his head...made me laugh out loud!
Thanks for this!

Seeing a video about a couple in Wisconsin that took their little Jimmy to McDonalds-Jimmy is a kangaroo in a red hoodie-my hubby said they probably got him a hoppy meal-could you imagine looking up from chowing on your Big Mac & people walk in with a kangaroo...in Wisconsin?

Called in sick for another week off work as I am IP having ECT. I have been scared I would lose my job because of my time off but my manager said not to worry about my job and to take all the time I needed off work. They have my shifts covered for the next fortnight so I can rest and focus on finding some stability. What a relief!
