Someone asked me what i did for Christmas. It's a hard question for me because i'm alone for the holidays. This time i made a joke about it. I said i knocked over liquor stores and everyone laughed and i felt good.

I went back to my support group where i haven't been since Fall and i had a wonderful time! It was so heart-warming to see people being kind to one another.

I helped out at my sons school. Selling cake during a fair. So many nice people. I have been isolating myself for three days, and I am so glad this broke the "spell".
