I Went food shopping, a first for me in a month or so. I've spent some of the day having some puppy therapy after the pdoc. I also intend to cook dinner.

Had a friend come over for a cuppa, even though every thought in my head was telling me to slam down my rock.

We had the cuppa and for a change I didn't put my foot in it - just sugar this time

Today I had a friend come over for a chat, made a huge soup to freeze for the next time I have a blip. Fed and rugged the horses, did some training with the dog. BF has come over tonight, planning on cooking again tonight.

Forced myself to go to work even though all I wanted to do was stay in bed and hide from the world. Also went to lunch with friends, which helped some.

Stayed home from work. Got my car fixed. Cleaned up the patio. Went to the dump. Talked to an old friend about fishing. Had an ice-coffee. A nice day so far.

Continued to leave the house and participate although I feel like I have inherent damping that's depriving me of emotion. In an off hand way kinda wondering if it's from the medication.

It was difficult, but I got out of bed after hitting the snooze button for half hour. Hmm....I guess that would be four times.

Took the ever excited Ruby for a walk. I think she wore out half of her pads just doing laps around my feet when I pulled out her walking lead. I wish I had her energy.

Can you imagine her energy, AND a cup of coffee and stuffed in this body of mine? Not only could I drive my wife insane in like 2 seconds flat....but - hang on already done that. I digress. What was I saying?

I would be funnier, if only I could remember the punchline, or the joke for that matter.....

I wish I had something major to share, but I don't.
Today is one of those days where getting out of bed is pretty darn positive

Opened the blinds and let the sun in. Sat outside and talked to my friend after sleeping all day yesterday and last night and feeling sorry for myself.

I drove for an hour and a half in a scary storm with lightening and heavy rain. Scary but I feel stronger for it.
