Positive things that I've done today #2

Washed the dishes, avoiding blowing up at my partner during a disagreement

Washed up, bit of hovering, picked a few fwowers from the garden. Springs sprung

Now listening to a bit of D Bowie ( major tom ) .. class.

Went to excercise class.

Made breakfast, played with the cat, made the bed, dusted, ran the vacuum & cleaned the litter box area-also managed to squeeze in a graphic novel-now what else can I do?

Walked 1 1/2 miles.

Went on an amazing hike today was so beautiful (but strenuous-working on getting into shape) took a shower, washed my hair & read for a while. Watched a funny video of foxes jumping on a trampoline

Took my dog for a walk around the lake

Ate breakfast, did the dishes, call my T to inquire about the her not sending me a bill.

I took a shower and washed my hair. Yipee!!!

Slept all night and most of the morning-- only woke up once!

My son just tracked mud ALL OVER my living room carpet, down the hall, and all over the bathroom floor. Like BAD. Now I have to shampoo my carpets and mop the bathroom.

I did not explode or even raise my voice.

I ordered an exercise armband. Hope to use it when swimming and walking. Also, it is supposed to track sleep. I ordered a water-resistant one.

I usually write my reply or think about posting something, write some and realize that I don't make sense and then delete 'em all. Tonight, I let some weight off my shoulder by finally saying something. The words 'Bipolar Advantage' comes to my mind. If you don't take advantage of your natural hypo, it would be a waste, wouldn't it?

Snuggled with my kitty, finished the 3rd book in an awesome trilogy, watched a movie I have been wanting to see for a long time & did some housework-yay! Feel good

That is awesome, Turtlesoup. I have this long cue of things to watch and read. Over 6 TB of stuff.

Got out of the house and had broccoli for dinner.

Took my baby boy out to eat and to the dollar store.

Did the responsible thing and told my psychiatrist today that I've been having manic symptoms and got my meds adjusted even though I want to just stay on this high for as long as I can.

Planned out tomorrow's shopping trip with my mom and dad. (they're driving 2.5 hours to see me).

Bought a new vacuum and went nuts with it in the house and also sorted and organized a ton of stuff. Got lots done today.

Made pancakes, went to the market, made a yummy pear & apple pie & did laundry-also had a good session with my T.

Worked hard, didn't drink, and trying to help where I can.

Went to a comic con and went shopping..... Not sure the first thing was a good idea, but retail therapy works for me.

Hard to really enjoy it when I'm sweating up a storm now and shaking, but managed to get some new clothes.

It's a start

Took a much needed lazy day.

Got up early (didn't sleep last night at all, again), did some cleaning, packed up the boxes I'm going to give to my mom today. Put on makeup and straightened my hair. And soon, shopping with my parents and then a walk.

bought slippers pyjamas and a sketchbook.
