Today I gave a friend a perm. When she looked in the mirror she smiled and said " I love it". We had a nice chat and she left with a headful of beautiful curls.

Gave a total stranger a ride to his work. It was a random act of kindness. Felt happy.

Made the bed, finished up some laundry, played with the cat & did some drawing & painting-yay-I feel good

@SpringLover, Loved your post. I wonder what spring's like over there. At the very least, you did 3 positives. A. you made yourself happy, B, he/she/a dog or a slow walking turtle got lucky for the free ride. C. You(we) saved gas. Who knows much more positives coming out of your action else where like blooming spring flowers.

I went for a 45 minute hike through some trails... it's the first time I did any type of exercise in a VERY long time.

Great day-got up early did some gardening, took a shower, went on a very rigorous hike (it was soooo gorgeous), took another shower & am now gonna reward myself by watching some Clone Wars on Netflix.
