I think I am having a panic attack right now sitting at Panera. Should have had the decaf!

Get a drink that requrs a straw and drink that. It'll slow your breathing and help you calm down.

It went away after a while. I haven't had one of those for a long time, but I almost passed out at Kohl's the other day and now I wonder if it was a panic attack.

I don't have meds. Be so's actually make me more anxious.

Funny thing is that it was an iced coffee that I was drinking through a straw.
