Thankyou for the replies. I agree that the Bi polar forum in particular is different to the rest of the forum. I dont find I get so frustrated or triggered by the bipolar forum.

I find the group as a whole in this forum wonderfully welcoming and they try to be helpful, not always the case on the rest of the forum.

So my question is answered, it doesnt detabilise but is a tool here for us who are unstable.
