Been in the black hole past few days and finally emerging. It's silly, but an easy way to tell is that I am posting on facebook silly things and commenting on people's posts. Another way is that I am responding to texts.
I can even feel a physical lightness in my chest. 2 days ago I never thought I would feel better again. The scary/sad part is that I know I will be back in that black hole again. Maybe in a day, maybe in a month, but I will be back and that makes me sad. I need to just focus on the moment and not fear the future.

I'm glad you're starting to feel better. And you're right, you have to focus on the now instead of worrying about the future.mjust appreciate your good mood now. I mean I know I'll probably have to have ECT again, but I've been stable for almost two months and I am just focusing on being thankful for this time. No use making myself miserable by worrying about when I'm going to get sick again.

If you wrote it you meant it a first. I know about the black hole, it's no fun. We shouldn't predict our future well being or it will happen. Think happy thoughts when you can. Luv

Start filling that hole with positive things. Will be harder to tumble back in if you stuff it full of good stuff. Bipolar cycles and maybe your on a stability cycle. Make Mindfulness your best friend.
